This 3-piece Door Maker's Set comes complete with all the cutters you need to make beautiful cope and stick cabinet doors. Now with our FREE Rail & Stile set-up block to make your door building a snap and also comes with an additional oversized bearing for safe milling of your raised panels in two passes. All the cutters in this set are manufactured to exacting standards using computerized machinery to ensure a perfect factory fit.
The set includes:
91-501. Ogee matched Rail and Stile Set: Like all of our bits, this set is C.N.C. ground and factory matched to ensure a snug fit. Now with FREE set-up blocks to take the guess work out of rail and stile door construction. Profile width is 7/16".
90-507. Ogee Raised Panel Bit with exclusive 3-wing Back Cutter: With a smooth cutting shear action and an anti-kickback design, our panel bits are made with your safety in mind. This bit allows you to mill both sides of your 3/4" thick solid panel stock in one pass. Also included is an extra 1-1/4" diameter bearing to make panels in two safe passes. Profile width is 1-3/8".
